The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always helpful and very nice. The rooms were spacious, and having a kitchen was a great convenience.- The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby tavernas.

The availability of hot water was limited during the first day of my stay. There was a shortage of fresh fruit and vegetables during breakfast.

Location: close to beach (open to everyone) but far from Marmari village.

The hotel is located down a long steep hill, making it a bit exhausting to walk to the beach, but once there, it is a not crowded and unspoilt beach. The room was clean and quiet, with two balconies offering a great view of the pool area and the sea. The staff was helpful and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One positive aspect was the traditional Greek nights with tasty and varied dinners, providing a glimpse into the local culture.

The breakfast dishes were always the same, which became monotonous after a while.

The hotel's value for money is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and eager to respond to your requests. The apartment was spacious and had a balcony for enjoying the evening sun. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient for reaching the beach, with only a 5-minute walk required.

The hotel I stayed at for my city break provided me with a room that was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a fantastic location right by the beach and the pool area offered great views. One of the best aspects was that the hotel provided free soft drinks, wine, beer, and Ouzo.

The food provided at the hotel was limited to some unappetizing options. Some of the amenities that were advertised, such as air conditioning, were not available which made sleeping at night uncomfortable.

No doubt! An excellent hotel where all the people are very nice and pleasant. It was fantastic... A true win when comparing the price paid and the hotel overall quality.

Off course the furnitures are old.. Even if you expect to do all the cooking in the apartments maybe you will get any problem because you don´t have the true right conditions to be able and motivated to cook.

Price was smaller than other hotels in the region. It is at foot distance from a very long sandy beach and the local bus station (Kos-Marmari). All buses on the island have as common point the city of Kos (Park Kleopatras). There is no direct bus from the airport to Marmari, but this is not a big deal. The city is nice and you can 'survive' an extra delay even with all luggage. The bus drivers are very helpful, and the tickets are cheap. Example: Kos-Marmari is 2euro. A must-see is the Temple of Asklepios.

The location on the map is wrong! It is at about 1.4km from the 'center' of Marmari, on the secondary road/street Poseidonos, so not that well placed as pretended. Coordinates: 36deg 52min 44sec N, 27deg 9min 33sec E.

The pool was great - clean, large, good for swimming. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was superb - not commercial but close enough to everywhere. Absolutely superb for value - no complaints.

There was nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area near the beach on Kos. The value for money was incredible! The prices were very affordable, especially considering the spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. It was convenient to have the option to prepare our own meals. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the bus stop and a nearby water park. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The hotel offered basic amenities and a clean pool for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in an area where you could easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful view.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

Cost-effective. Location good - you get views of tiny mountains / giant hills (depending on how you call them) and the sea as well.

Breakfast - vegetarian's nightmare. a non-vegetarian would agree too. we statyed for 7 days, and for each one of them, the exactly same things were served, not one change for exception. Won't recommend to book the option 'with breakfast' - you could always have your breakfast at tavernas in the near by region for the same cost, something that you would want.

Hotel position is not the centre of Marmari but very close to beach and bus stop for Kos and Tigaki. It is in a very quite position but you need bus or car or bikes if you want to visit around. We had breakfast included - nothing special but enough and for the price paid I can suggest this. Apartment cleaned and big enough for 2 persons - we had 2 balconies (it was perfect also for 3 persons). For the rest the island is small so marmari is in the middle 15 /20 km max far from the main places to be visited.

Some info in the reception was not always perfect. They adviced us for a price for taxy from airport to hotel - but once in airport the price was a bit different. Same for renting cars - they wrote us a price but once there a bit different and we decided to go to rent office and manage alone - was better. In tigaky (3 km from there) there are agencies offering different tours around island and they are availble to pick u up from the hotel, but we were not adviced about this, just discovered when we went to tigaky for a walk (but it was almoust the last days)...same about some info of events in kos...they did not have any info...we needed to be in kos and directly ask...but I think this is something related to greek style. Bus for kos anyway is only 4 eur return way.

The hotel is in a very convenient place: nearby the beach (~5 min by foot); Marmari city is ~15 min by foot, the bus station (to Kos) is ~10 min by foot. This hotel has a very nice garden. And the staff was excellent! They answered all the questions, helped in many situations, were very friendly!

The only one thing that I didn't like - breakfast! We stayed in the hotel 10 days and the 3rd day I didn't know what to eat. Allways the same: cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, ugly orange drink, coffe and tea. No fruits! Or vegetables, except tomatoes..

Excellent service. We emailed the day before to say we would arrive very early in the morning (5am) and asked if it would be possible to have access to the appartment earlier then the normal check in time or 12 midday. They replied immediately saying they didn't know for certain but they would try if an appartment was available. They said we shouldn't worry because we could rest in their reception area. We arrived at 5 in the morning and were immediately served with a bottle of water and told we could rest in reception. The appartment was ready at 10 am. We wre very pleased. 2 adults and 2 older children. The resort is pleasantly laid out with a childrens pool and normal sized pool. There's mini golf and a play area for small children. All the staff are very helpful. There's a small bar where you can get a light meal or snack. Safety deposit boxes cost 2 euro a day, aircondition 5 euro a day. You can buy a buffet type breakfast and evening meal 5 euro and 10 euro but 12 euro if you buy both. Nice place. Peaceful, clean and friendly.

Matbe the fact that you cant pay for anything with credit card but you can plan your way out of that.

The only thing is good in this hotel - friedly barmen and kind receptionist.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere – in the fields with cows and mosquitoes. The sea is more than half kilometer away, the beach has no toilet. Rooms have terrible metal doors and old aged kitchen, bathroom. We would never stay there again, one night was enough.
